Frequently asked questions
How many people can join a session?
Up to 100 participants per session. For larger sessions, the Enterprise plan sets the limit for your organisation.
What does the free account include, and is there a time limit?
100 concurrent users, 100 participants per session and MP4 recording downloads. Time limit: 90 days; no credit card required.
How long are recordings kept?
You decide how long recordings are kept; by default they are kept indefinitely. Download or permanently delete them whenever you choose.
Can our data stay in Türkiye?
Yes. With the dedicated server option you choose the data location: {{country list}}.
We use Moodle. How long does switching take?
Entering the server address and key in Moodle's BigBlueButton activity takes 5 minutes. Nothing changes for your users.
